So, anyone got any ideas about how to do this? It's been driving me crazy trying to figure it out! If they lose in their first game, they go down three positions in the normal way. BUT, and here's the tricky bit, the first time they play, if they win, they go to the top ranked position. When they win they go up 5 positions, if they lose they go down 3. They start the ladder in a random position. Each player can play as many or as few times as they like. They are playing across 2 months in a type of ladder.
